  • Tracey Trigg

    FOUNDER - CEO

LOVING THROUGH HIS EYES was birthed out of my own experiences of pain, rejection and hurt.

For most of my life, I was a stutterer, very shy, withdrawn and misunderstood. I was taken advantage of and even have guns held on me. I told myself as a child, “One day, I want to be the voice and protect those who couldn’t protect themselves.”

I have been through many classes and trainings to get to where I am today.

    • Church of God Ministerial Internship Program 1997

    • Healing Tears Leaders Training, a ministry to hearts wounded by abortion, 2015

    • Dewnamis Sozo School - Power for a Purpose, Living Free, January 2010

    • Courage Worldwide Certified Training 2018

    • West School of Ministry 2017

    • School of Supernatural 2012-2017

    • Trauma Recovery Program 2017

    • Polaris Trainings: Human Trafficking in Illicit Massage Business, Sex Trafficking Lingo 2017

    • Baby Coach Mentor 2009

    • A Movement of Love Leader, helping women find healing through miscarriages and abortions, 2015-2017

I took mission trips to the Philippines, Africa, and Romania from 2009 to 2018. On these trips is where the fire within me began to re-ignite. I have spoken at many churches not realizing I didn’t stutter when I preached or taught. At that moment the Lord spoke to me and said, “When you speak my words in front of others, I will calm your tongue. When you speak one on one and look them in their eyes as you speak, they will see me through your eyes.

This is where LOVING THROUGH HIS EYES was birthed.

My ministry has had me working with children in Cebu, Philippines that have been rescued from online exploitation. In Liberia, Africa, I had the honor of holding a three-day women’s conference on “What’s hiding behind your mask?” Many women were rescued from bad situations and are now in safe places.

In 2019, we moved from California to Mississippi to establish a home for women that have been rescued from sex trafficking. It is truly my heart and mission to help these women find their true identity and see them healed from all they have been through.

  • Lawrence Trigg

Lawrence Trigg, is a native of northern California, and moved to Flowood, Mississippi in July 2019 with his wife of 38 years, Tracey. I am excited to be joining in on what God is planning to do with Loving Through His Eyes.

I am currently working with Fellowship of Christian Athletes (FCA) as a perspective staff. This is the beginning of the fulfillment of a prophetic word spoken over me. In short it said, "I have incredible favor with young men... My move to Mississippi is a strategic move connected to the word coach... God wants to use me in a new way. I'm not going back to what is comfortable. I'm going to be stretched... God wants to pull out what is in me to help young men..."

I bring the same passion and work ethic to Loving Through His Eyes, as I serve as a board member. I believe my work as an FCA Area Representative, and my background of serving the body of Christ as a servant, will be beneficial to help the rescued women see and receive the free gift of salvation and all the promises and “good works which God prepared beforehand that they should walk in them.” (Ephesian 2:10)

  • Monica Baldwin

    BOARD MEMBER

My name is Monica Baldwin. I was born and raised in the Catholic faith. At the age of 21 I became a born again Christian and at the age of 48 I received the baptism of the Holy Spirit.

I have been married to my husband Jim for 49 years. We have 4 adult children and 9 grandchildren.

I’m employed by The Club of Crossgates as a personal trainer and part time by Kelly Law Office as a legal assistant.

I’ve served the Lord in the past as He’s called me. In my early days/years as a believer, I participated in door to door evangelism through my church, Southside Baptist, while living in Savannah, GA.

We moved to MS in 1987 where I became involved in the pro-life ministry. For tears, I sidewalk counseled on a weekly basis outside the two abortion clinics we had at the time. I became a Board member of Right to Life of Jackson, currently called Pro Life Mississippi, in 1993, having served as Board President in 1997 and Co President in 2002. In my long history on the Board, I took on a number of responsibilities including initiating our annual Faith in Action Rally of praise and worship outside our last remaining abortion facility. I also served on our Spring Banquet Committee, chairing it in 1999. I participated and welcomed guest at the annual Candlelight Prayer Vigil at the State Capitol. I organized a local Life Chain in my hometown of Brandon and participated in raising funds for Right to Life of Jackson through our annual Mother’s Day Walk. Additionally, my dedication to pro- life cause took me to different parts of the country, including Dayton Ohio, Chicago, Ill and San Diego, CA for national events.

In November 2021, with love and concern for our country, I and two friends formed Calling America Back to God. WE assemble every other Saturday for two hours at a busy intersection in Brandon for corporate prayer for our nation and a public witness with waving the American flag while displaying our banner Calling America Back to God. We have grown from us three to many coming out to take part in this Street Ministry.

I’ve had political interest for years and ran for County Election Commissioner in 1996. I was successful in that bid and served two 4 year terms. After working for America Family Radio in 2002 as a Capital Correspondent, the Lord led me to run for State Senate in 2003. Although I did not win that seat I was obedient to the Lord’s calling. I am now involved politically by volunteering in political campaigns and attending meetings, such as, Take MS Back, attending school board, City council and county supervisor meetings.

I became aware of human trafficking within the past few years and have attended a couple of informative meetings/rally’s and Loving Through His Eyes Coming Out of Darkness fundraiser event. I met Tracey through her husband Lawrence while riding bikes. It was then I learned of Loving Through His Eyes Ministry. I have no doubt that meeting Lawrence and through him , meeting Tracey was orchestrated by God for a purpose. It’s my desire to do His will and I believe that it is to be involved with Tracey’s ministry. With a deep love for God, desiring to love like He loves; with a stable home and a supportive husband; with common sense and a sound mind, I’m confident that I would be an asset to the Board of Directors of Loving Through His Eyes.

  • Glen Anglesworth - Treasurer

I graduated from Pearl High School in 1965 and went to Miss State University in the fall. I majored in engineering and was in the cooperative education program to pay my way through college. I found out in December of 1968 that I was to be drafted into the Army and decided to join the Air Force. I had gone in for electronics but during basic training I had aptitude testing and during the language training test, the Sergeant asked all of us that made 90 or above to raise our hands and the twelve of us that raised our hands were told that we volunteered for language training. God moves in great ways and the 12 of us stayed together for the remainder of our Air Force careers. I was trained as a linguist for Chinese Mandarin with the Beijing dialect which is the official government language of Communist China. I spent a year in language training in Monterey, California and then intelligence training in San Angelo ,Texas, and a year in Taiwan listening to Chinese air traffic. After coming back to the U S, I spent a year in the National Security Agency in Laurel, Maryland. When I was discharged from the Air Force, I knew by that time I wanted to be an accountant and entered the University of Mississippi to finish my last 2 years of college graduating in 1975. I have loved being an accountant and worked as a controller for Burke Handling Systems for 18 years before my wife and I owned a wholesale produce company for 10 years. We then started a produce company for Merchants Company and I spent the last 7 years of full time employment with Barlow Walker and Company, CPAs before retiring. I still work part time as a driver for Dealer Auto Auctions and have a small accounting business working out of my home.

I was saved at the age of 12 and have strived my whole life to live a life for Jesus Christ. My wife and I have been members of Crossgates Baptist Church for 22 years and I am now an inactive deacon, but still serve in the church. I am active in our benevolence ministry at the church and get so blessed from this ministry. I have served on the Board of Directors of Friends of Alcoholics in Pocahontas for 25 years and served on the Administrative Committee for Rankin County Baptist Association also. I take it as an honor to now serve Loving Through His Eyes as treasurer.

My wife and I have 5 children, 4 sons and a daughter, and have 9 grandchildren. The grands definitely keep us busy and we love it. We try always to pour Jesus into the lives of these grands and continually pray for them as well as our children and their spouses.
